SCHEDULE YOUR SCREENING MAMMOGRAM TODAY!
The American College of Radiology and Society of Breast Imaging recommends that women age 40 and older have an annual screening mammogram, continuing as long as the woman is in good health. Suburban Imaging offers standard 2D screening mammography and tomo (3D) screening mammography. A referral from your healthcare provider is not needed to schedule screening mammography.

Tomo (3D) mammography is currently available at SI-Burnsville and The Breast Center of Suburban Imaging. Tomo is scheduled to become available at SI-Blaine on or around October 15. Request tomo when you schedule your appointment.
CONSIDER AN ABBREVIATED BREAST MRI
Abbreviated Breast MRI is ideal for women with a family history of breast cancer and/or those with dense breast tissue. A referral from your healthcare provider is needed prior to scheduling. Abbreviated Breast MRI should always be done in conjunction with screening mammography.
