Interests
Outside of my professional practice, I serve as a Flight Surgeon in the Minnesota Air National Guard, an experience that has deepened my appreciation for teamwork and service. At home, life is full and joyful as my amazing wife, our three energetic boys, and our three dogs constantly keep me on my toes! Outside of medicine, I love to stay active—running, biking, golfing, gardening, practicing yoga, or just exploring new ways to keep learning and movingWhy I Became a Radiologist
I chose radiology because of the impact we can have across virtually all medical and surgical specialties. The brain in particular has always fascinated me, which led me to neuroradiology. I’m inspired by how far neuroimaging has come in helping patients with neurological conditions. Being part of a team that includes neurologists, neurosurgeons, endovascular specialists, and others — all working together to provide the best care possible — is an absolute honor and privilege.
