Why I Became a Nurse Practitioner

I have always been curious about how things work and the science behind disease and wellness. Health is such a gift. Being a nurse practitioner offers innumerable opportunities and the distinct privilege of working with people at some of their most vulnerable moments in effort to help restore health and wellbeing. Nursing is a way to connect with people that is unlike any other.
